X-Games Legend Travis Pastrana Will “Take Over” an SLC Wienerschnitzel June 22 for Charity

Legendary action sports star will serve chili and corn dogs to benefit Road 2 Recovery fund for injured athletes

WHAT:

Travis Pastrana, 11-time X-Games champion, will take orders, cook and serve Wienerschnitzel Chili Dogs, Corn Dogs, Chicken Schnitzel Sandwiches and Tastee Freeze desserts during a two-hour restaurant takeover at the Wienerschnitzel in West Valley City on Thursday, June 22.

 
Travis is in town for this weekend’s Nitro Games at Rice-Eccles Stadium (which he created).
 

All proceeds raised during the takeover will go to Road 2 Recovery Foundation, which provides financial and other aid to motocross athletes sustaining career-ending injuries.

 

WHY:

Wienerschnitzel is sponsoring Travis Pastrana’s return to NASCAR at the Sept. 29 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Race at Las Vegas. Pastrana will race his No. 45.
