As a regulated financial services organization, AMOCO's Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) department has the ongoing responsibility to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's network, systems and data. To meet these requirements, the IS&T department had been using Bomgar Remote Support with an on-premises appliance deployment for several years.
