This Bar Saves Lives'® Ryan Devlin Named in Fast Company's Annual List of the 100 Most Creative People in Business

Co-founder recognized as leader of one of the fastest growing impact brands in the food space

CULVER CITY, Calif.--()--Fast Company announced its annual ranking of the 100 Most Creative People in Business for 2017, honoring an influential and diverse group of leading thinkers, including Ryan Devlin, actor and co-founder of This Bar Saves Lives. Alongside Ryan, the company was co-founded by a group of other actors turned entrepreneurs: Kristen Bell, Ravi Patel and Todd Grinnell.

“This is a proud moment for me and our company, and I’m honored to be among this highly accomplished group of creative thinkers,” said Devlin, co-founder of This Bar Saves Lives, “We built our giveback brand on a simple idea: it feels good to do good. Millions have supported our mission, and this Fast Company recognition will challenge us to continue disrupting the food space and impacting lives around the world.”

Devlin earned the No. 74 spot on the list this year for explosive company growth by surpassing 2 million donations of food packets that helped to save the lives of thousands of children around the world. By creating unique corporate social responsibility partnerships with brands such as Starbucks, Google and Target, Devlin inspired and educated people with everyday opportunities on how to help create a life-changing impact through the simple act of eating of a bar. For each bar sold, This Bar Saves Lives provides food aid to a child in need in some of the most famine-stricken countries such as Haiti, South Sudan and Uganda.

“It's an honor to be a part of a brand that is making a real and measurable impact on the lives of children around the world. Thank you Fast Company for honoring my dear friend Ryan Devlin for his hard work and passion,” said Kristen Bell, co-founder of This Bar Saves Lives.
