Designed for single-depth cooking suites, the Pass-through Convection Oven allows access from both sides of the oven with dual soft-opening and counterbalanced doors. Its heavy-duty, integrated, low-profile, high-efficiency convection fan/motor system delivers superior convective heat transfer, heat retention and overall cooking performance.
The Hestan booth will feature sauté stations, counter equipment, a custom lineup and cooking suites as well. Attendees will also be able to familiarize themselves with Hestan Outdoor products, including the new Aspire by Hestan grill product line, built-in and freestanding grills, and a Hestan Outdoor Living Suite – all of which are manufactured in the company’s 70,000+ square-foot, state-of-the-art headquarters in Anaheim, California.
