Aurora Diagnostics Announces Acquisition of Cleveland Skin Pathology Laboratory in Ohio

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.--()--Aurora Diagnostics, a leading independent pathology services and cancer diagnostics company, today announced the acquisition of Cleveland Skin Pathology Laboratory Inc.

Founded in 1972, Cleveland Skin Pathology Laboratory is a physician-owned medical practice providing dermatopathology services to dermatologists, surgeons, and primary care providers, with concentration in the Midwest but with coast-to-coast reach. The practice has six board-certified dermatopathologists, who are also board-certified in pathology or dermatology. All of the doctors are committed academicians actively engaged within their specialty areas.
