The transaction closed effective April 1, 2017.
Based in Flagstaff, Arizona, McCullough Insurance, a family-owned P&C agency established in 1919, offers expertise in various lines of coverage to clients throughout the Southwest region. Former owners Mark and Tim McCullough joined NFP P&C as Directors, and co-owner Randy Evans became a Treasurer in NFP P&C’s Southwest region. Mark and Tim McCullough now report to Ed Kurowski, Regional President of NFP’s Mountain States region, while Randy Evans reports to Dennis Via, Regional Chief Financial Officer of NFP P&C.
