Urban Edge Properties Announces Pricing of Common Stock Offering

NEW YORK--()--Urban Edge Properties (NYSE:UE) today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 7,700,000 common shares for gross proceeds of approximately $194.8 million. The Company has also granted Morgan Stanley, acting as the sole bookrunner of the offering, a thirty-day option to purchase up to 1,155,000 additional shares. The offering was made pursuant to the Company’s effective shelf registration statement previously filed on Form S-3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission and settlement is expected to occur on or about May 10, 2017.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to fund acquisitions, development and redevelopment projects, as well as for general corporate purposes.

Morgan Stanley is acting as the sole bookrunner of the offering. The offering is being made only by means of a prospectus supplement and prospectus.
