TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Coca-Cola Beverages Florida (“Coca-Cola Florida”) announced today that it has appointed David Cross, Terrence Gee, Erika Noonburg-Morgan, Deborah Pond and Jason Reed as Senior Vice Presidents; and Erin Black as a Vice President of the company. All appointments were made effective May 1, 2017.
“Over the past six months, we have tripled the size of our business through the acquisitions of distribution territories and operations in North Florida and South Florida. We have also added significant capabilities through the acquisitions of manufacturing facilities in our territory,” said Coca-Cola Florida Chairman and CEO, Troy Taylor. “These management appointments will help to ensure that we have the right structure and alignment to grow profitability and drive operational excellence as we serve more consumers, customers, communities throughout the Sunshine State.”
David Cross has been named Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Mr. Cross will continue to lead the company’s human resources function including total rewards, talent acquisition and management, learning and development and employee engagement.
Terrence Gee has been named Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer. Mr. Gee will continue to lead the company’s IT function and operations, including technology infrastructure, security, development and deployment. Mr. Gee will also continue to lead the ongoing transition activities related to the company’s previous acquisitions of distribution operations and manufacturing facilities.
Erika Noonburg-Morgan has been named Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Noonburg-Morgan will continue to lead the company’s finance function including accounting, procurement, internal controls and capital planning. Ms. Noonburg-Morgan will also manage the company’s relationships with its banking partners.
Deborah Pond has been named Senior Vice President, General Counsel. Mrs. Pond will continue to lead the company’s legal function and is accountable for all corporate governance, contract management and negotiation, regulatory compliance and all other legal affairs of the company.
Jason Reed has been named Senior Vice President, Manufacturing Operations. Mr. Reed will continue to lead the company’s manufacturing and production operations, which includes engineering, continuous improvement and overall plant operations.
Erin Black has been named Vice President, Sustainability and Risk Management. Ms. Black will continue to lead the company’s strategy and execution of environmental, health, safety, sustainability and risk management activities. She will also now lead the company’s loss prevention function.
