NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) has assigned a long-term rating of AA with a Stable outlook to the City of Los Angeles Wastewater System Subordinate Revenue Bonds, Series 2017-A, Refunding Series 2017-B and Refunding Series 2017-C (Taxable). All three series of bonds are designated “Green Bond” reflecting the environmental benefits of the capital facilities being financed.
KBRA has also affirmed the long-term rating of AA+ and stable outlook to the City’s Wastewater System Revenue Senior Lien Bonds and the long-term rating of AA and stable outlook to the City’s Wastewater System Revenue Subordinate Lien Bonds.
