SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Schnitzer West, one of the West Coast’s leading real estate investment, development and property management companies, today announced the addition of Ann Klein to its executive leadership team as a managing partner. Klein will lead the company’s Asset Services Group, leveraging her extensive industry knowledge and proven track record of client satisfaction to create a best-in-class customer experience and fuel additional growth.
Klein will serve alongside Schnitzer West’s current managing partners, Pam Hirsch, Greg MacDiarmid and Doug Zabel. The company’s senior management team also includes directors Barbara Cowan, responsible for the accounting and administration of the company, and Jeff Harmer and Steve Cook, responsible for property investment and development in the Puget Sound.
Klein joins Schnitzer West after working closely with the company through her consulting practice, Klein Partners, Inc. Klein brings more than 25 years of experience in business development and management to her new role at Schnitzer West. She began her career as a property assistant at Trammell Crow Company, eventually becoming a principal overseeing an 18 million square foot portfolio of institutional real estate valued at more than $1 billion. Klein then founded KPI, where she consulted with local and regional organizations in developing strategic and organizational planning initiatives, and implemented new business planning processes and procedures.
