The awards were presented during the prestigious South by Southwest (SXSW) Interactive event, hosted annually in Austin, Texas, to ‘celebrate the boldest modern marketers who have the courage to disrupt the status quo’. The finalists and winners were selected by an independent panel of judges including the Association of National Advertisers, American Marketing Association, The CMO Club, and the Forbes CMO Network as well as Forrester Consulting and Spencer Stuart. Stobaugh was the winner in the Transform category for building organizational capabilities that equip colleagues with the skills to become modern marketers at Wiley.
