Creedence Clearwater Revisited Coming to Rock SugarHouse

Former CCR members to perform on The Event Center stage

PHILADELPHIA--()--Creedence Clearwater Revisited, featuring two founding members of Creedence Clearwater Revival, will perform at SugarHouse Casino on June 30, 2017 at 9 p.m. Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Stu Cook and Doug “Cosmo” Clifford have combined with three other rockers to perform the timeless classics of CCR. Tickets for The Event Center performance go on sale Friday, April 7, and cost $49—$69.

Cook, known for his electric bass, collaborated with drummer Clifford to begin the Creedence Clearwater Revisited project in 1995. They are joined by lead guitarist Kurt Griffey, Steve Gunner (guitar, harmonica and keyboard) and new vocalist Dan McGuinness (lead vocals and guitar) to entertain audiences worldwide.

Creedence Clearwater Revisited has been touring the world for more than two decades and shows no signs of slowing down. Cook and Clifford first connected as founding members of Blue Velvet before going on to form one of the biggest rock bands in the world. Today, they continue to play the best of CCR including hit songs “Bad Moon Rising,” “Who’ll Stop the Rain,” and “Down on the Corner.”
