NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alliance MMA, Inc. ("Alliance MMA" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:AMMA), a professional mixed martial arts (MMA) company that brings together the best regional productions to build the next generation of MMA champions, announced today the execution of Letters of Intent to acquire the assets of two regional MMA promotions, Undisputed Productions, LLC, which operates in a number of Georgia and South Carolina locations under the National Fighting Championships brand, and The Englebrecht Company, Inc., which operates in the greater Los Angeles market under the tradenames Roy Englebrecht Promotions, Battle in The Ballroom and Fight Club OC.
While the Letters of Intent are non-binding, and as such do not constitute a firm agreement between the parties, management expects to complete these acquisitions in the coming weeks.
