Carvana Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

PHOENIX--()--Today Carvana announced that it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Carvana intends to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol “CVNA.”

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. and Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated, William Blair & Company, LLC, BMO Capital Markets Corp. and JMP Securities, LLC are acting as co-managers.
