ARC Promotes Lauri Reishus to Executive Vice President and COO

ARLINGTON, Va.--()--Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) is pleased to announce that Lauri Reishus has been promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer. Reishus has more than 30 years of global travel management experience with 12 years of increasing executive responsibilities at ARC.

“Lauri has led the transformation of ARC from an inflexible settlement utility into an industry thought leader that delivers highly-valued products and services to our customers,” said Mike Premo, ARC’s president and CEO. “She and her team have delivered trusted business intelligence tools, and also established a pioneering cross-industry group dedicated to the elimination of agency debit memos. These initiatives, and more, have advanced the robust growth of our company. It’s my pleasure to promote Lauri to EVP and COO as she is an inspiring executive leader that will drive ARC's continued success.”

Reishus has played key roles in the development of critical strategic relationships across a broad spectrum of industry stakeholders. These collaborative connections with airlines, travel agencies, corporate travel buyers and technology providers have strengthened ARC’s position in the travel sector as a major player in bringing diverse stakeholders together to find solutions to common challenges.

“We are extremely pleased with the promotion of Lauri to executive vice president and COO,” said Bonnie Reitz, chairman, ARC board of directors. “Her execution of the strategic vision set by Mike Premo and the board is exemplary and she has been critical to ARC’s success. On behalf of the ARC board, we heartily congratulate Lauri on this well-deserved promotion!”

Reishus began her career at American Airlines and, prior to joining ARC in 2005, worked in corporate travel agency management at SatoTravel/Navigant.
