SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Silicon Valley-based manufacturing services firm Bestronics announced the expansion of its executive team today with the appointment of Steve Yetso to Vice President of Commercial Operations and Supply Chain and Ben Calub to Vice President of Manufacturing. The company also announced an increase in staffing and manufacturing lines, deepening the technical capabilities and services available within its onshore manufacturing facilities.
In his new role, Yetso will focus on commercial activities including supply chain, program management, warehousing, logistics, and commercial operations in addition to overseeing the procurement and production systems that he helped initiate in his previous position as vice president of operations. Calub will manage all engineering and production operations with overall responsibility for new process control development, new manufacturing production and automation platforms, new product introduction (NPI) design support, testing, and new clean room technologies and processes.

Yetso was previously Vice President of Operations for Bestronics, joining the company in 2014 from Bio-Rad Laboratories, where he held management positions in business analytics and operations. He brings tremendous experience in designing complex factory execution and sophisticated metrics-driven supply chain management for high mix and high volume operations.
Calub was previously Director of Engineering for Bestronics, joining the company in 2015 from Tactus Technology. He brings both strategic and hands-on tactical experience in the manufacturing and engineering of complex electronic and optical programs - from inception through high volume product launches.
Bestronics has recently quadrupled its engineering headcount adding mechanical engineering, package design and laser packaging process development.
