The service allows you to browse hundreds of profiles of software engineers and UX/UI designers and hire them for your project. How different is this from, say, UpWork? Well, YouTeam’s specialists are not freelancers. Instead they are employed full-time by carefully vetted agencies around the globe.

The process is almost the same as when hiring an in-house employee, but many times faster and more flexible: customers examine CVs, interview candidates and give them test assignments before signing a contract with their employer.
