NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Urban Edge Properties (NYSE:UE) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.22 per common share. The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2017 to common shareholders of record on March 15, 2017.
The Company will hold its 2017 Annual Shareholders Meeting on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, at 9:30 am (EST) at the offices of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, 535 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10022. The Board of Trustees has established March 13, 2017 as the record date for determining shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the 2017 Annual Shareholders Meeting.
