BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Teikametrics, the leader in Amazon seller tools, has added Aatish Salvi to the team as the new Chief Technology Officer. Aatish will be responsible for product strategy, technological innovation and building a world-class technology team.
Most recently, Aatish was the VP of Engineering for Nanigans, a leader in advertising automation software. The Nanigans platform uses workflow automation, machine learning, and real-time reporting tools to manage $600M+ of advertising spend from over 150 of the world's largest advertisers. Aatish was part of the team that led Nanigans through $24M in Series B fund raising. He also led the development of Nanigans’ multi-channel strategy and integration with Twitter.
Prior to Nanigans, Aatish was a co-founder of LoopIt, a venture-backed startup. LoopIt applied big data analysis to determine product-affinity for users based on their creation of wish lists and Pinterest-style curations while they browsed products online. Aatish and team sold LoopIt to Nanigans in January 2014.
“Ecommerce and retail are undergoing a profound, near-invisible disruption by the small, individual retailer. Joining Teikametrics is an incredible opportunity to be part of the revolution and help millions of these retailers succeed,” said Aatish.
“Aatish is a perfect match for Teikametrics given his entrepreneurial background and exceptional technological and leadership skills,” said Alasdair McLean-Foreman, CEO and founder. “His startup experience and background in automation, big data analysis and advertising technology are essential to Teikametrics’ mission: ‘help retailers win’.”
