iQor landed top rankings in four HR.com categories:
- Top 3 – Best Train the Trainer Program for iQor’s Introduction To Technology Program
- Top 15 – Best Use of Social Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing for iQor’s LEAN Portal
- Top 10 – Best Global/International Leadership Program for iQor’s iQorian Values

These awards add to the growing list of accolades iQor has received from HR.com, now equaling out to ten in the last four years. In 2016, iQor won first place in Best Customer Service Leadership Training Platform, second place in Top Corporate Leader Award – Over 35, and landed in LEAD2016’s Winners’ Circle for Best Corporate University and Best First Managers Program. iQor also won a LEAD award in 2014 for their Leadership aQademy and in 2015 for their Train-The-Trainer program.
For more than 34 years, Leadership Excellence and Development has identified and recognized the top organizations’ programs that develop their leaders and demonstrate outstanding achievements. The award categories in the areas of individual, corporate, and education programs.
Award recipients are selected based on both an application or nomination process as well as voting. The voting was completed by users of the leadership program and was promoted by the nominees as well as through social media campaigns.
