RIVERSIDE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Polymer Logistics, a global leader in retail ready packaging, is growing its leadership team with seasoned packaging, logistics, supplier and retail professionals to support the company’s growth in North America. Salim Baltagi has been appointed Vice President of Operations and Josh Kling has been appointed Director of Strategic Business Development. Baltagi and Kling report to Fred Heptinstall, CEO North America.

Baltagi is responsible for wash operations, transportation, asset management, IT and back office operations. He has more than 25 years of experience in the transport packaging, food and beverage industries. Prior to joining Polymer, Baltagi held executive positions in logistics and supply chain at Dean Foods and IFCO Systems.
Kling will be responsible for business development and marketing and has a background in consumer goods and transport packaging. Prior to joining Polymer, Kling held sales and marketing positions at MillerCoors and most recently at IFCO Systems.
