(NYSE: ARNC), a global technology, engineering and advanced manufacturing leader, announced today that it has earned a perfect score of 100 on the 2017 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) workplace equality.
The CEI is administered by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation. This is the eighth consecutive year in which the Company has earned a perfect score; prior years’ rankings are listed as Alcoa Inc.

This year, 517 companies received a 100 percent score, indicating fully inclusive equal employment opportunity policies, equal employment benefits, organizational LGBT competency, a commitment to equality publicly and responsible citizenship.
