CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thompson Hine LLP is pleased to announce that Barbara A. Lum, a lawyer in the firm’s Product Liability Litigation group, has been appointed to the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s Board of Governors for a two-year term.
Lum has held leadership positions in NAPABA at both the national and regional levels, most recently serving as a national co-chair of the NAPABA Young Lawyers Network and as the alternate regional governor for the NAPABA Central Region. Locally, she has served since 2013 as president of the Asian American Bar Association of Ohio, which is a NAPABA affiliate organization, and will continue serving in that role until 2017.
The National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) is the national association of Asian Pacific American attorneys, judges, law professors, and law students. NAPABA represents the interests of over 55,000 attorneys and over 75 national, state, and local bar associations. Lum also has experience handling a variety of white collar criminal matters.
