Motif to Offer Regulation A+ IPOs

Motif adds to offering, allowing investors to get in on the ground floor of companies looking to raise capital

SAN MATEO, Calif.--()--Beginning this month, Motif will offer investors the opportunity to participate in Regulation ‘Reg’ A+ IPOs. These IPOs, commonly referred to as ‘mini IPOs’ have greatly expanded entrepreneur access to capital, allowing companies to tap into enthusiastic investors and potentially secure funding efficiently.

“These mini-IPOs provide early stage growth companies with the opportunity to raise capital by matching them with investors looking to participate in the public offering of companies with high growth potential,” said Paul Schmidt, CFO and SVP of Strategic Partnerships at Motif.

Motif is partnering with WR Hambrecht + Co and other underwriters to bring to market IPOs in the upcoming months.

Retail investors may have the opportunity to access IPOs, indicate interest, and place conditional orders. Customers can participate in the offerings, commission-free, with minimum amounts of $250 up to a maximum of $10,000 per offering.

“We’re excited to continue adding to our offering, providing investors choices and access to sophisticated products,” said Hardeep Walia, Founder & CEO of Motif.
