Announcing the Forrester Wiley Customer Engagement Awards

HOBOKEN, N.J.--()--John Wiley and Sons, Inc. (NYSE: JWa, JWb) is delighted to announce the launch of the Forrester Wiley Customer Engagement Awards. The awards recognize Wiley colleagues who execute on industry best practices and modern marketing techniques. Forrester partnered with Wiley in developing the awards bringing their expertise as industry-leaders in customer strategies that drive growth.

The awards were developed as a part of Wiley’s Marketing Revenue Center (MRC) – a Wiley center of excellence that establishes marketing best practice across the organization. The MRC provides tools and counsel empowering colleagues to have a better understanding of their customers’ needs and goals to enhance business performance. These awards celebrate this work in practice. Forrester will review the submissions in collaboration with Wiley.

There are 5 categories in the award which include:

  1. Best B2B lead generation program: highest % of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) converted to sales opportunities (SQL)
  2. Best integrated marketing program: most innovative cross-channel marketing campaign
  3. Best data-driven program: best use of customer insights derived from persona/segmentation work
  4. Best customer experience program: best cross-functional response to customer insights that impacts customer experience
  5. Best revenue-generating program

The awards are open to all colleagues at Wiley.

Wiley is the previous winner of the Gold Brandon Hall award for Best Learning Program and was named one of the best B2B marketing brands by Kapost in 2015.
