FCi Federal Marks 25 Years Serving the U.S. Federal Government

ASHBURN, Va.--()--From its start in a basement to its recent move to a 26,000 square foot headquarters with expected revenues topping $200 million by year end, FCi Federal (FCi) today marked its 25th anniversary as a leading government services contractor.

FCi Federal was founded in 1991 by Chairman Sharon D. Virts as a consultancy to large government contractors and evolved into a government services prime contractor.

“Twenty five years ago, my goal was to create a business that supported missions that matter, mentor a strong employee base and together achieve great success,” said Virts. “Although the path has not been without its challenges, it forced us to focus and move into markets where we could excel. I am proud we never gave up and even more proud of all the employees I have worked alongside who are making this milestone possible.”

FCi Federal is one of the leading government services contractors in the Washington, DC metropolitan region. Recognized for its high level of performance and unique capabilities, the company has grown more than 50% year over year for the last three years. FCI’s core capabilities are records management, pre-adjudication processing, fraud analysis and program support for end-to-end processing of applications for citizenship and other federal benefits.

“FCi is an extraordinary company and I am honored to lead our company and the FCi team as we serve our current and future government customers for the next 25 years and beyond,” said FCi Federal CEO & President Scott F. Miller.
