Montage Smart Scheduler is designed to handle the complexities of modern hiring processes, and expands on Montage’s current automated scheduling functionality. Smart Scheduler uses advanced logic algorithms to handle deeper complexities in the scheduling of live interviews (phone, video, in-person) within enterprise recruiting departments, including panel interviews, team interviews, multiple candidate tiers and interviewer roles, and more.
With Montage Smart Scheduler, recruiting teams simply input their basic interview criteria: required participants (by name, role, or function), interview length, and candidate reminders. The Smart Scheduler does the rest, finding and publishing the available time slots to invited candidates. Candidates select the option that works best for them, and all calendars update in real time.
