DES MOINES, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ISG was recently recognized by the Des Moines Register as a 2016 Top Workplace as part of their annual employer recognition program for Iowa’s business, nonprofit, and government organizations.
Together with research partner, Workplace Dynamics, the Des Moines Register ranked businesses with 35 or more employees based on survey results. A survey response rate of at least 35 percent for employees based in Iowa was required and approximately 150 employers, ranked by sized, received positive scores that allowed them to be on the Top Workplace list. ISG’s spot was secured with a response rate that far exceeded the required percentage and received anonymous employee comments such as:
