BURBANK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Adam Keen is rejoining Warner Bros. Pictures as Senior Vice President, National Publicity. He will head up a new team in the Studio’s publicity department, reporting directly to Juli Goodwin, Executive Vice President, National Publicity. The announcement was made today by Blair Rich, President, Worldwide Marketing.
In making the announcement, Rich said, “We are thrilled to be welcoming Adam back to the Warner Bros. family. He is an extraordinarily accomplished and respected publicity executive who inspires his colleagues and brings tremendous talent, drive and innovation to every campaign on which he works.”
Keen most recently held the post of Executive Vice President of Worldwide Publicity & Corporate Communications at Broad Green Pictures, where he oversaw all publicity campaigns, as well as studio communications on both coasts. During his tenure, he spearheaded campaigns for such films as “A Walk in the Woods,” “99 Homes,” Amazon’s “The Neon Demon,” “Learning to Drive,” “Knight of Cups,” “I Smile Back” and “The Infiltrator,” among others.
Prior to that, Keen was Vice President of Publicity at Warner Bros. Pictures, heading up the team that worked on the Oscar-winning drama “Gravity.” He also worked on such diverse titles as “The Conjuring,” “Man of Steel,” “300: Rise of an Empire,” “Tammy,” “Prisoners,” “Blended,” “Into the Storm,” “The Good Lie,” “Inherent Vice,” and the IMAX documentary “Island of Lemurs: Madagascar.”
Keen had come to Warner Bros. from Relativity Media, where he served as head of publicity, handling publicity for all divisions of the company. While there, he oversaw campaigns for films, including “Limitless,” “Act of Valor,” “Safe Haven,” “Immortals,” “Haywire” and “Mirror, Mirror.”
Over the course of his career, Keen has also had senior publicity positions at Overture Films and MGM/UA. In addition, he launched the entertainment and brand strategies division at ID Public Relations and worked in the publicity department at DreamWorks Pictures.
