CHANTILLY, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Citizant, a leading provider of IT and business transformation solutions to the U.S. government, has won a $1.7 million task order to provide Environment Management Support for the Internal Revenue Service’s Release Level Technical Support (RLTS) organization.
The 21-month task order to support the IRS’s Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Applications Development (AD) programs was awarded under the Treasury’s TIPSS-4 Management/Business Operations Support Services (MBOSS) contract vehicle.

Citizant will recommend, develop, and improve upon the processes and toolsets used by the RLTS organization to coordinate, document, track, and report hardware and commercial software configuration changes in the ACA/AD server environment. Citizant’s subject matter experts will consult with IRS Enterprise Operations (EOps) about the configuration of server environments that support ACA/AD enterprise software releases.
