The News Journal Media Group, in conjunction with WorkplaceDynamics, has named 60 companies and organizations in Delaware as Top Workplaces 2016. A Top Workplace designation is determined solely on survey results completed by company employees.
The surveys are anonymous. Both management and non-management personnel participate. Employees are asked to evaluate workplace dynamics such as: growth opportunities, employee appreciation, management support, company values and ethics, and other organizational health topics.
