ROCK HILL, S.C.--()--Comporium announced today that it has restructured its operations to consolidate all of its sales functions and separately pull together its customer service units.

“In the previous environment, we divided resources into the residential and business markets; now, we are organized around sales and customer care,” said Comporium’s Matthew Dosch, executive vice president of customer operations and external affairs. “This more accurately reflects our corporate focus and the manner in which we interact with our customers.”

As part of the reorganization, the company promoted David Little to senior vice president of sales. In his new role, Little is responsible for the development and implementation of Comporium’s overall sales strategy. His role encompasses generating revenue through residential, commercial and advertising markets.

Continuing oversight of Comporium’s operations in Brevard, N.C., Greg Austin has also assumed the role of senior vice president of customer care. In this capacity, he is responsible for the development and implementation of the Comporium customer service strategy. Austin has served as senior vice president of business sales and service since 2010, and has been with the company since 1988. His extensive knowledge of Comporium’s customers and their needs makes him well-positioned to lead the company’s efforts to take its already-strong customer service to the next level.

Little formerly served as vice president of corporate media sales and service, and he is credited for transforming Comporium’s telephone directory advertising business into a leading edge digital specialists unit. Recently recognized by “NetNewsCheck.com” in an article entitled “New Rules, New Tools: Driving Big Digital Revenue Gains in 2016,” the publication said, “Comporium has demonstrated that they understand trends in where revenue is going, and they’re upping their product portfolio to meet the growth.”

“David has the vision and skills to help lead Comporium through its planned evolution from a traditional local exchange company and cable TV operator to a robust technology and communications enterprise,” added Dosch. “We congratulate him on his promotion and also want to recognize Greg’s achievements and significant new role on our leadership team.”
