The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. („the Company”) (STO:ARP) herewith informs that on 16th August 2016 the Company has received an information that the Member of the Supervisory Board of Arctic Paper S.A. Mr. Rune Ingvarsson, resigned from his position in Supervisory Board of the Company effective from 14th September 2016.
The resignation was justified with personal reasons.
