In this role, he will assist corporate, law firm and government clients with all facets of e-discovery, including information governance, domestically and across the globe.

Prior to joining BDO, Mr. Socha spent 16 years as a litigation attorney in private practice before starting his own consulting firm focused on e-discovery issues in 2003.
Named an “E-Discovery Trailblazer” by The American Lawyer and a “Top Technology Innovator and Influencer” by Information Week, Mr. Socha frequently serves as a guest lecturer at universities across the United States. He received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and his J.D. from Cornell Law School.
