Cinedigm Acquires Premium Content from Bridgestone Multimedia Group

Significant deal brings over 45 premium feature titles and 10 series to Dove Channel, including Max Lucado’s “Traveling Light”

LOS ANGELES--()--Cinedigm (NASDAQ: CIDM) announced today that the Company has closed an agreement to acquire 45 films and 10 series from Bridgestone Multimedia Group (BMG), a producer and distributor of family-friendly, faith-based films that inspire and spread the message of hope.

Expanding the Dove Channel offering with inspiring and uplifting content, the BMG library includes a mix of series and films, including Max Lucado’s “Traveling Light,” “Different Drummers,” “Road to the Open” (starring Eric Roberts, Judd Nelson, John Schneider), “Pitching Love and Catching Faith,” “The Sugar Creek Gang” (series), and “Character Builders” (series).

Providing ideal content for Dove Channel, BMG is dedicated to inspiring, educating, encouraging, enlightening, and entertaining families through the development, production, and distribution of high quality faith-based entertainment products, including feature films, documentaries, and children’s videos.

Combined with current and recently acquired titles, Dove Channel’s library of over 3,600 available titles will now rank as the largest library of faith-based & family-friendly content in the OTT marketplace. Cinedigm will make the Bridgestone programming available on Dove Channel over the next several months beginning in August this year.
