MYRTLE BEACH, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Myrtle Beach Seaside Resorts (MBSR), an operator of the area’s premier oceanfront condo-hotel and vacation rental properties, has selected OpenKey to provide universal mobile key entry, check-in capabilities and more starting at the Avista Resort.
The OpenKey app works in concert with the ASSA ABLOY Bluetooth locks (BLE) at the property. With their own smartphone, guests will have secure access to their hotel room and be able to take advantage of amenities offered onsite. Additionally, the OpenKey app provides conveniences such as driving directions to the resort, virtual check-in, direct call to the front desk, or alerting hotel staff of early or late arrival.
