LAKE FOREST, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CoreSource, a national health benefits administrator, named Bob Wolfkiel, 48, as Regional President of its Northeast Region. He succeeds longtime CoreSource leader, Chip Sernyak, who joined sister company HealthFitness as Senior Vice President of Growth and Development.
The announcement was made by CoreSource President Nancy Eckrich. Wolfkiel will be located in the Lancaster, Penn., office.
Wolfkiel joined CoreSource in 2014 as Regional President of its Southeast Region, which is now part of the company’s new Central Region. In his new position, he will have overall responsibility for the Northeast Region, which encompasses the eastern seaboard from Virginia to Maine, and includes the CoreSource Baltimore and Lancaster, Penn., offices.
Prior to CoreSource, Wolfkiel was Vice President and Chief Sales Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island, and has served in multiple sales and sales leadership roles at Humana, Aetna, Willis and the Equitable in a career spanning more than 25 years.
