Other experts will address key challenges and issues facing the mortgage industry. Speakers will include Kristin Messerli, founder of Cultural Outreach Solutions, speaking about reaching Millennial Homebuyers; Pat Sherlock, founder and president of QFS Consulting, who will speak on building a successful rookie program; Gene O’Bryan, CEO of Solutions Lending Services, speaking about market innovation opportunities; and Lisa Weaver, senior vice president of ISGN, who will discuss best practices for preparing for a CFPB audit.
“The Dallas Mortgage Leadership Roundtable is an exciting opportunity to interact with industry experts and learn more about important issues such as reaching Millennial homebuyers, hiring and training new loan officers and the best practices for managing risk in today’s market,” said Jim Pippin, director of product development at National MI. “The previous citywide roundtables have been very popular for attendees, and we expect this one will be just as successful.”
“The Dallas Mortgage Leadership Roundtable marks the fourth in the series, which has facilitated the exchange of valuable, timely insight to ensure the growth and profitability of the housing market,” said Paul Imura, CMO and senior executive of ISGN. “Today’s market requires leadership and catalysts for change. Although we’ve hit almost a 50-year low in homeownership, as an industry, we can come up with homeownership solutions with the right technology, lending solutions, and understanding of market segments.”
