SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--INNOViON Corporation and Thompson Support Services, Inc. (TSS) announced today an agreement for INNOViON to acquire TSS’s ion implant service business.
Tim Townley, CEO of INNOViON, stated, “We are very pleased to announce this acquisition. TSS’s expertise and equipment set is largely focused toward high energy implanting, a focal area of INNOViON’s business that is rapidly growing.
