WHAT:

Univision Network announces its latest telenovela, a story of destiny, hatred and sibling rivalry featuring the return of power couple fan-favorite Angelique Boyer, playing triplets with very different personalities, and leading actor Sebastián Rulli. Boyer and Rulli headline an all-star cast in “Tres Veces Ana” (The Three Sides of Ana), which is set to premiere with a two-hour episode on Monday, May 23rd from 9-11 p.m. ET/PT (8-10 p.m. CT) on Univision Network.

Spanish singer and songwriter Pablo Alborán composed and produced the theme song “Se Puede Amar” exclusively for the telenovela “Tres Veces Ana.”

The story follows the lives of the three Ana’s - Ana Lucía, Ana Leticia and Ana Laura - whose parents die in a car accident when the girls are five. Their fate gets even more complicated when only two of the girls are found alive, with Ana Lucia presumed to have died in the crash.

Raised by their grandmother and uncle, the two surviving girls turn out very different. Ana Leticia, glamorous, narcissistic, and spoiled, competes with her sister to be the center of attention, and will do anything to get her way. Ana Laura, despite her insecurities from having lost a leg in the accident, is loved dearly by Ramiro (David Zepeda). She is the one who sets out to find her lost sister, since it turns out that Ana Lucía survived the accident and was found by Soledad Hernández (Blanca Guerra).

Soledad, who had recently lost her own young daughter, raised the missing triplet as her own, even after learning the truth about her sisters. The two move to Mexico City, where Ana Lucia falls in love with Santiago (Sebastián Rulli), a taxi driver who lost his memory after an attempt on his life set up by his wife... Ana Leticia! It turns out that Santiago’s real name is Marcelo, and as his memory begins to return, destiny brings the sisters back together. Only time will tell if the fateful reunion will bring them joy or tragedy
