March on out with the family to Veterans Memorial Park in Avon, Ohio, to enjoy a special stars and stripes spectacle where you’ll experience many opportunities to show your pride for the USA: from a lively parade featuring floats made out of Duck Tape® to a fun arts and crafts tent and life-sized Duck Tape® sculptures. You can enjoy delicious all-American food favorites, rides, family-friendly games and more, including a live performance by American rock guitarist, vocalist and songwriter, Lita Ford, best known as lead guitarist for the popular all-female 70’s band, The Runaways.
There’s even the “All-American” fashion show where Duck Tape® enthusiasts can enter their Duck Tape® outfits and show their pride on the Main Stage, sponsored by Kalahari® Resorts & Conventions, for a chance to win the Grand Prize—a two-night stay and waterpark admission for four at Kalahari® Resorts & Conventions. To enter, each participant is required to wear at least one main article of clothing and one accessory made out of Duck Tape®. Admission is free for this three-day family festival, which annually draws more than 60,000 duct tape enthusiasts from around the world. Additionally, the first 500 attendees each day will receive a free roll of Duck Tape®.
