Firm files We Shall Overcome Foundation v. The Richmond Organization, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York

Newman, P.C., has joined the firm as a partner in its New York office. Mr. Newman has extensive experience in corporate, tax, real estate and complex commercial litigation. Most recently, Mr. Newman was responsible for commencing Good Morning to You Productions Corp., et al. v. Warner/Chappell Music, Inc., et al., in which the Court held that Warner/Chappell does not own a copyright to Happy Birthday to You.
