Mindflash Announces its Learning Management System on the Salesforce AppExchange, the World's Leading Enterprise Apps Marketplace

Mindflash customers can now track and manage customer and partner training initiatives within Salesforce

PALO ALTO, Calif.--()--Online training platform Mindflash, www.mindflash.com, today announced it has launched its Learning Management System (LMS) on the Salesforce AppExchange, empowering businesses to train customers, partners and employees via its cloud-based training platform. Mindflash for Salesforce allows companies to track and manage training initiatives in Salesforce, as well as more directly measure the impact of training by tying it to business results, such as revenue and churn. Beyond this, companies can also save time by automating training reports and notifications.

Mindflash is currently available on the AppExchange at www.appexchange.com.

Mindflash Key Features

Mindflash customers are able to measure and report on training from within Salesforce, tying training efforts to business results. For added convenience, the reports can be scheduled to be sent automatically at defined times. To simplify trainee access, Salesforce community members and users can easily access training with their existing Salesforce login. The data is kept up to date via automatic real-time sync of contacts, courses and scores between Salesforce and Mindflash. Mindflash for Salesforce can be used immediately after installation, since it does not require professional services.

Comments on the News

Mindflash for Salesforce is already delivering significant business value across customers, including regional property preservation company TruAssets.

According to Donna Wells, CEO of Mindflash, “TruAssets has reduced training administration time by 50 percent in just a short time. Via the Salesforce integration, they have also seen onboarding costs decline – as much as 10 percent per vendor, a substantial number considering the large fleet of contractors that they take on over the course of a year.”

Furthermore, TruAssets Property Preservation Training and Recruiting Manager Tamara Cruse reports that, “A culture of training now exists at TruAssets with internal onboarding time reduced by one week or more, allowing new employees to produce results faster. Administration time for external training has been cut in half, and reporting results is now easy with Salesforce’s industry-leading reporting engine.”

“Companies are looking to transform the way they connect with customers, partners and employees to thrive in the age of the customer,” said Todd Surdey, SVP, ISV Sales, Salesforce. “By leveraging the power of the Salesforce App Cloud, Mindflash provides the ability to track and manage your customer and partner training in Salesforce and measure the impact of training by tying it to revenue and churn.”
