Phillips Edison & Company Names Three Vice Presidents

CINCINNATI--()--Phillips Edison & Company (“Phillips Edison”) announced the appointment of three new Vice Presidents. These internal promotions included David Wik, Derk Taylor and Paul Mittmann to Regional Vice Presidents of Acquisitions for the Southeast, Midwest (including Texas) and West, respectively.

Mr. Wik joined Phillips Edison in 2010 and has more than 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. During that time, he has successfully facilitated the acquisitions of more than $1.5 billion in retail real estate. Mr. Taylor also joined Phillips Edison in 2010. With more than 26 years of industry experience, he has completed more than $4.5 billion in transactions. Mr. Mittmann joined Phillips Edison in 2008 and has more than 15 years of experience. He has sourced, negotiated, administered and financed over 25 million square feet of retail, industrial, and multi-family properties with a market capitalization of over $4.0 billion. The new vice presidents previously served as directors of acquisitions.
