Interim Dividend

The board of Ingenious Entertainment VCT 1 plc (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of 20 pence per F share (2015: 5 pence per F share).

The interim dividend will be paid on 18 March 2016 to the F shareholders of the Company on the register at close of business on 26 February 2016. The F shares will be marked ex-dividend on 25 February 2016.
