TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BT-Twiss Transport LLC (BT-Twiss), a subsidiary of Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. (BTGI), announced today the completion of the acquisition of the Twiss family of companies on January 28, 2016. This acquisition is BTGI’s entrance into the trucking business based in the Tampa-Clearwater, FL area.
The Twiss family consists of companies in transportation, cold storage, and logistics. The acquisition has previously provided in excess of 30 million dollars of profitable sales annually.
