According to BioTalent Canada’s labour market report, Sequencing the Data, over 50% of Canadian biotechnology companies are experiencing a shortage of skilled labour, with over 26% citing “competition for qualified candidates” as a significant challenge. Furthermore, over 22% struggle to find talent quickly enough.
