ROCKFORD, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Illinois Bank & Trust has announced that Jasper Vaccaro will become the Private Client Services Market Leader. His primary responsibility is to lead and grow the entire Private Client Services offering in the states of Illinois and Wisconsin. He will maintain offices in Rockford, Ill., and Madison, Wis.
Jasper brings a great deal of experience to Heartland from his 27-year career. He has held numerous management positions, including his most recent role as Vice President and Senior Client Advisor for BMO Harris Bank, N.A. He also served at Marshall & Ilsley Trust Company N.A., where he managed personal trust relationships focusing on high net worth and ultra high net worth families, foundations, and not-for-profit companies. He has also been a professor at Concordia University and taught graduate and undergraduate level courses including The Legal and Ethical Aspects of Business, Accounting, Business Finance, Economics, and Philosophy of Values and Ethics.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Chapman College in Orange, Calif., and a Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Ill.
