Nickel Mountain Group AB (NMG): Change in Number of Shares and Votes

As already informed, NMG (STO:NMG) (OSE:NMG) has in November 2015 conducted a private placement of shares. In total, 400,000,000 new shares were issued (A-shares in the process of being converted to ordinary shares). Total number of shares and votes post the issue (and conversion) thereby increased from 90,809,360 to 490,809,360.

The share capital increased by SEK 200,000,000 to SEK 245,404,680.

This announcement follows standard information requirements for Swedish public companies at end of month during periods when the share capital has been changed.
