MTY selected DataCandy to support its improved loyalty program, MTY Rewards (mtyrewards.com), because of the company’s ability to integrate with the various POS Systems and payment acquirers in use across MTY’s 40 brands and 2,700 locations. Additionally, DataCandy offers a wealth of expertise in the areas of customer engagement in quick-service and fast-casual dining, which represents the bulk of MTY's locations.
The improved loyalty program will roll out in phases through 2016 and include enhanced offers and promotions, as well as a new mobile application. The program will be used to engage the millions of guests who visit MTY locations each year across North America. Using the data generated by the loyalty program, MTY will be able to interact with customers and improve the overall dining experience by offering unique promotions tailored to the specific preferences of each guest. Additionally, the DataCandy platform will provide a simplified online enrollment, and include a comprehensive Mobile Application that will aggregate offers and promotions across the 40 banners.
